Our products are produced in our factory exclusively. We are not trader, or agent for other factories. Our Balinese sewing staff produce all their hard works by hand. Our collection is based upon "against customer order" which we and our customer cooperate together to create samples. Following the samples, the production will start, after the customers, who mostly wholesaler, succeed to sell to the department stores or boutiques.

ONLINE CATALOG
You can gain quick access to our products by accessing our online catalog. We invite you to browse through our items. Print out the items you like. This is the easiest way to have access to our range of products. We update this online catalog every 3 months.

PRICE QUOTATION
Our prices in the catalog are FOB (Free on Board), Bali, Indonesia. Our price includes packing and preparation of the goods for shipping but all freight payments are in the hands of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
We always send our orders using courier services, DHL International or any other courier nominated by the customer. This methods has the advantage of door-to-door delivery and parcel tracking.
Freight costs can be paid by the customer using their local courier account or we will make pre-payment in Bali on your authority. Our pro forma invoice includes the cost of your order FOB plus the cost of freighting. This is known as C&F (Cost and Freight) invoicing.
Unless otherwise requested orders will be dispatched using DHL courier service.

MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design per orders, but can be in many colors as customer prefer and minimum total order is 100 pieces. Minimum total value is US$ 1,000 (exclude shipping costs).

Please print your order clearly with style numbers, colors, quantities, sizes, and other necessary details clearly enunciated.
All orders are immediately confirmed upon receipt.
Then you will receive your Pro-Forma invoice which outlines style numbers, colors, quantities, sizes, prices, time of expected delivery, and cost of freight to your door (C&F).
It is necessary to supply an address which can be used by courier service delivery for door to door transactions. PO BOX addresses will not be accepted. It is essential to include your telephone number.

DELIVERY TIME
All products are made to order as we do not keep stock collection on hand, except available in our boutiques. What is certain is that the size of your order will partly determine the delivery date. As a rule of thumb allow 45 days from the time of receipt of your deposit money for completion of your order. Our confirmation of your order will include estimated delivery times of the order

DISCLAIMER
All prices are subject to change without notice. Final price will often be determined after pro-forma invoice has been issued and approved by the customer.
Our collection is all handcrafted and we guarantee the quality of our workmanship. As all handmade items will vary slightly we cannot guarantee that each item will be identical with the other items which bear the same style.
We will replace any items found to be faulty or damaged with similar items or return your money. The bottom line of our business practices is mutual respect and trust.
